About Athris

History

ATHRIS Holding AG was incorporated  as a subsidiary of Jelmoli Holding AG in 2006. On 23rd January 2009 an extraordinary general meeting of Jelmoli decided to split Jelmoli into a real estate company and an investment company by way of distributing all the shares of ATHRIS Holding AG to existing Jelmoli shareholders. ATHRIS was separately listed at the SIX Swiss Exchange in March 2009. The company was delisted on January 19, 2010 following the succesful takeover by Pelham Investments in December 2009.

Investment Objective

The investment objective of ATHRIS is to make value- and growth-oriented long-only investments. ATHRIS will therefore invest in companies that show potential for fundamental value appreciation resulting in above-average shareholder value by focusing primarily on the longer term capital appreciation. The Company has a global investment universe and makes mainly direct investments in listed and non-listed equity securities and, to a lesser extent, indirect investments (funds) as well as fixed income investments.
